"I take both my dogs here. The staff is friendly. The vets are thorough. The only reason I give 4 stars is because they won't give you written prescriptions to use 1800 petmeds or any other place. They want you to order from their website and medications which can be more expensive. They require you call before bringing your pet in once you arrive for an appointment. It happens quite often you can't get through to anyone."
